Healthy Baby Club
Mandate
Healthy Baby Club is a prenatal nutrition and educational support program designed to promote healthy pregnancies and positive newborn outcomes. The program focuses on supporting healthy nutrition during pregnancy and the early postnatal period.
Using a peer-support, team-based approach, the Healthy Baby Club encourages healthy lifestyles among expectant parents. Participants receive guidance and encouragement directly from a resource mother, other club staff, and fellow members.
Staff also work closely with community partners to provide prenatal and postnatal education, resources, and ongoing support for families.
