Who we are
Providing a Caring Community for Independent Living with Compassionate Care Since 2014
Assisted Living Program, launched in April 2014 and funded by Labrador Grenfell Zone, offers a safe and supportive environment for individuals requiring Level One and Level Two care who wish to live independently.
We operate two residential buildings located at 6 and 8 Lethbridge Street, with total seven two-bedroom apartments. These units provide a comfortable, home-like setting where residents can maintain their independence while receiving the assistance they need. To ensure continuous support, our apartments are staffed 24/7 by trained and dedicated personnel who provide care tailored to each resident’s individual needs. Support may include help with daily living activities, medication reminders, or companionship and emotional care.
The Program Manager’s office is located at 6 Lethbridge Street, offering on-site coordination and easy access for residents, families, and staff.
This program is designed to promote dignity, independence, and community while providing a secure and responsive living environment.
Outdoor Moments, Shared Together
Residents of our Assisted Living Program enjoy opportunities to engage in safe, accessible outdoor activities that promote wellness, independence, and social connection. Whether on a peaceful walk through nature or sharing time with friends, we believe in supporting the whole person physically, emotionally, and socially. Outings like these reflect our commitment to a caring community where individuals can live fully and independently with the support they need.
